We are a family run business with over 20 years experience within the legal and enforcement industry. Our authorised High Court Enforcement Officer is Mr Gary Goy who is a full member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association.

The Landlord and Tenant Group is a group of companies (under the same ownership) specialising in landlord and tenants services. As part of the Landlord and Tenant Group, we are able to offer our client landlords a range of services including legal assistance, enforcement, lettings and property management. We are also able to work collectively with tenants to ensure that any matters raised are resolved as quickly as possible and assist in offering a mediation type service between the parties.

We find that this ultimately proves more cost effective and productive to our clients.

For larger clients with multiple outstanding debts, we agree to a format of an attempted collection procedure to ensure that our clients retain full control of the collection programme. Our specialist team has over 25 years’ experience and is continuously trained and updated on a regular basis through external and CPD training. Our enforcement agents are fully certificated with over 20 years experience in the commercial and residential sector.

On submitting an initial enquiry or instruction to 24 Hour Bailiffs Limited, one of our experienced members of staff will discuss the situation in more detail and evaluate the most appropriate action to take. We aim to limit the costs to our clients at all times and offer a cost effective approach to each situation. On establishing the most appropriate way forward, one of our fully trained members of staff will go through the options as to the most effective way to proceed. Whether it be simply a case of writing a firm letter to the debtor, assisting you in commencing legal proceedings, drafting documentation, or sending a certificated bailiff to attend the premises of the debtor. Our staff act fully on your instructions.

Our staff acts within 24 hours of your instructions for any action taken. Should you wish to instruct our certificated bailiffs to collect your outstanding commercial rent, wish to evict your tenant legally or would like unwanted persons removed from your property/land our enforcement agents are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. We work around the clock to attempt to recover your outstanding debt or land.

On your initial enquiry, one of our experienced members of staff can discuss the issue and any tactics/methods available to you. On instructing 24 Hour Bailiffs Limited, one of our fully trained members of staff and case handlers is always available to discuss the progress of your instruction with you.

We are affiliated with our partner firm, Landlord Legal Assist Limited who are a paralegal law firm. Landlord Legal Assist Limited are not a firm of solicitors’ and are not authorised or regulated by the SRA. Whilst they can not undertake any reserved activities as per the Legal Services Act 2007, they are able to assist our clients with their debt recovery or legal issue on a low cost, fixed fee basis. Landlord Legal Assist Limited are able to assist with all pre-litigation action, guide you through the litigation process, draft all relevant documentation on your behalf and accompany you to Court. We are also regulated to assist with all of your enforcement requirements using our in house High Court Enforcement Officers and commercial bailiffs.
